To see who unfollowed you - you need to scan your page from time to time (depending on the activity of your followers’ changes), so I recommend once per day if you see any changes in numbers. After at least two scans and a difference in followers, you will be able to see who unfollowed you on the Compare tab - just select the oldest (or any you want to compare) and newest snapshot.
