You are probably not on your followers or following page. Please open one of those pages, and button will be enabled. You can find main information on the Overview page at ‘How to use Unfollr’ section.

P.S. After 2 the same question now - I will improve this behaviour - it will redirect automatically to appropriate page and add extra tooltips. Btw, it works only on your page, as others pages are limited with 50 users.

Please be sure to use last version of plugin, if it stuck, just close it and open once again, probably some process are stuck - should be fine now.
